Single applicants or consortia consisting of public/private legal entities registered in the EU, associated overseas territories or third countries associated to LIFE.

The LIFE Programme is implemented via four sub-programmes: Nature and Biodiversity, Circular Economy and Quality of Life, Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, Clean Energy Transition.
