- Lead the entire process – this includes defining the project, sourcing partners, developing a budget, writing the grant application, developing the work plan, creating appendices, managing partners, submitting the application online, managing compliance, organising the kick-off meeting, financial reporting, technical reporting and project management.
- Work collaboratively – we can help if you already have a consortium and project, but need an experienced grant writer to pull content together and deliver a high-quality application. We are native English speakers experienced in managing partners and creating outstanding content for a wide range of sectors.
- Improve a past submission – Grants are highly competitive – and initial rejection does not always mean that funding is impossible. We can improve past grant applications to get you over the line.
- Expert Review – We are happy to spend a few days reviewing / commenting / editing your grant application to raise your score as much as possible.

How our service is structured
1. Your R&D Projects
We need to understand your innovation projects, technical challenges, competitors and funding needs. Once we have signed a mutual NDA, this is best achieved through a combination of online meetings and document sharing.
2. Grant Search & Matching
We will research UK and EU grant funds, identifying those that are a strong match to your R&D projects and funding requirements. We can present the funding opportunities in an online meeting to answer any questions you may have.
3. Proposal of works
We will put together a bespoke fee proposal for you based on targeting the grants we have agreed are a great match to your R&D projects over the coming months and years.
4. Application Team & Delivery Plan
We will arrange a kickoff meeting to organise how we will work together. In this meeting we can discuss the need for partners in the grant application, your team, your preferred way of working and your time constraints.
5. Grant Writing & Submission
We recommend regular weekly meetings where we have the chance to ask questions, request information and present our work to date on the applications. This way, you can see progress is being made towards the deadlines and we have access to you for key details about the project.
6. Funder due diligence & Project Kick Off
We will work with you to respond to any follow up questions from the funder, including project management plans, exploitation plans, and project spend profiles – to make sure your project has every chance of being approved for funding.
